Khao Lak Waterfall
If you are looking for a Khao Lak waterfall then you are in luck! Khao Lak is blessed with a large number of refreshing waterfalls. You can visit them year round, although they are at their best from June-October. Sai Rung Waterfall is a local favorite. Also known as Rainbow Waterfall, it is located near Beyond Resort, about 15 minutes from the camp. You can take your scooter there.
You can also visit Chong Fah Waterfall, located inland, about 7 KM from Bang Niang market. Ride your scooter there but you have to park it at the entrance and walk about 15 minutes to get to the water. It’s well worth the walk. About 1 hour away from the camp you can reach Khao Sok National Park. It is immense and offers everything from elephant trekking, cave and river tours, floating bungalows and beautiful flora to gaze at. The best time of the year to visit is from November to May.
